The system may have challenges at times and there is no refund if the system is down for a few minutes for some reasons that are beyond us. As providers, we always endeavor to work on continuity and high availability.
The system does not guarantee the service from the provider and is a tool to enable the owner to take his decisions based on information available about the provider including the ratings and reviews from previous experiences of other owners where available.
Yes, you shall be carrying out two different roles and hence need to register separately. You may want to use the right role for either seeking the service as an owner or catering to a service request as a provider.
