FAQs

If I am a caretaker and have registered on the system, is there a cap on the number of assignments I can take up?

No, there is no capping on transactions. The monthly subscription allows you to have any number of transactions so long as your subscription remains valid for the period of the transaction.

As a pet owner, is there a cap on the number of services I can request in a month as part of my subscription?

No, there is no capping on service requests. The monthly subscription allows you to raise any number of requests so long as your subscription remains valid for the period of request.

When I need a service and the system is down, will I get a refund of my subscription fee for that month?

The tool is designed to support you in daily life requirements while managing pets at a nominal fee. The system may have challenges at times and there is no refund if the system is down for a few minutes for some reasons that are beyond us. As providers, we always endeavor to work on continuity and high availability.

What is the guarantee from the system that the service provider will adhere to the service and if he or she does not respect appointment, what does the provider get impacted?

The system does not guarantee the service from the provider and is a tool to enable the owner to take his decisions based on information available about the provider including the ratings and reviews from previous experiences of other owners where available.

If I am a pet owner and interested in providing certain services as well, do I have to register separately?

Yes, you shall be carrying out two different roles and hence need to register separately. You may want to use the right role for either seeking the service as an owner or catering to a service request as a provider.

I have multiple pets, while I request service for one, can I replace the same with the service for another pet?

No, our recommendation shall be to cancel the first request and raise a new one for the other pet. The reason for the same is that the app caters to physical and medical needs of the pets and a service provided to one while booking the same in the name of other will affect the records and service history which in certain cases can be detrimental to the way services in future are to be offered.

As a provider or an owner can we have multiple services or requests open simultaneously?

Yes, each service request has a unique id. You can raise multiple requests simultaneously as an owner and cater to multiple requests simultaneously as a provider.

Do service providers have to pay for every lead generated from the platform?

aPaW frequently publishes new inquiries from pet owners, and we are constantly working to expand this list so that our service providers and pet owners always have options to decide from. To accept an order, the service provider needs to respond to the request created by pet owners. With the premium plan service provider’s details along with the contact number is visible for pet owners to connect directly but if a request is made via platform the payment has to be made to accept the request.
